Bayshore Landing is conveniently accessible to all the amenities the neighbourhood and the heart of downtown Barrie have to offer. The building has ground level view to Barrie’s waterfront and is walking distance to Heritage Park and Memorial Square, a grocery store, restaurants, shops, MacLaren Art Centre, cinema, professional offices and various service providers. It has easy access to Hwy 400 and is a 10-minute drive to the Royal Victoria Hospital.
Bayshore Landing was build in the early 90s, with SCC 159 (the West Tower corporation) being established in 1992, a year following that of the East Tower. Bayshore Landing is perhaps one of the best-built and distinctive buildings in Barrie. The architects were the renowned Page and Steele architects of Toronto; and was built by Macedon Development. The building arches, loop entry, fountain and plants lead you to the building entrance where you greeted by a bright and beautiful lobby with its marble floors, mirrors and potted plants. Bayshore Landing suites are comprised of an assortment of layouts and views of the city.
